Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and to handling refund requests fairly and transparently. This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by NovaField Technologies.

1. Project-based services

  • If we have not yet started work on your project, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated based on the work completed and resources allocated at the time of the cancellation.
  • Refunds are not available for completed and delivered milestones that have been accepted by the client.

2. Monthly retainers and subscriptions

  • Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable, as resources have been reserved for that period.

3. Third-party costs

Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g. ad spend, software licenses, hosting) are non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email sales@novafldtech.com with your invoice number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services pending resolution.
